The Logan Act Democrats are Desperate

So I keep hearing on the News that Michael Flynn Violated the Logan Act. I put this in the Madness Forum instead of the Mud Pit Forum because this is just Maddening. The Democrats are trying so hard to impeach Trump and are just failing miserably. Fighting Trump on everyone of his Cabinet picks. I mean people didn't like Bush or Obama but i dont ever remember them ever wanting them to fail. The worst I ever heard about Obama(at least during the 1st 100 Days) was that he's a Muslim or that he wasn't born in the US. And ever since the Democrats lost all 3 Branches Obama started this Fake News nonsense which has turned reality. Just take a look at this article 2nd paragraph:

And thats when I stopped reading the article. When the Republicans went after Hillary she just said "There’s a lot of smoke and there’s no fire". When the Democrats are so desperate to try and convict someone for a crime that no one has ever been convicted of before and its been on the books since 1798 your critical thinking skills should be on overdrive.

Even if Flynn was convicted of violating the Logan Act, it would not be grounds to impeach Trump. So I'm not sure what one has to do with the other.

What? That makes no sense. Fake news came to the spotlight when it was discovered fake news sites were being created to generate revenue, and the Right was falling for it. Their reaction was to embrace the term and call everything they disagree with fake news.

If there's a law on the books that hasn't been broken since 1798, that law shouldn't exist.

Not even close ...Right now you can search yt for fake news and CNN dominates it .Its trending with the Bern being cut off by guess who ? ...CNN of course . Go to Wiki and look .You will see countries names that pop up in the descriptions looking at it from all directions and wouldn't you know it that the US is always mentioned last ...

Now despite what I am told by the MSM who is the who's who of Fake News ,CNN is heads over the rest ,They are the # 1 Fake News site ,bar none ..its just that simple

The resurrecting of this story is just a deflection away from the real issues.

Obama was constantly stonewalled in most of what he wanted, or tried, to do at every turn. Republicans stated they wanted Obama and his policies to fail (Limbaugh, Pence, etc) from the very start. They refused a hearing on Garland, and they blocked any and all things they could that Obama and the democrats tried to do for eight years.

It's the complete BS statement like you made above that is part of the problem—because you and so many others believe it.
