However, it’s a law that no one has ever been found guilty of violating, despite being on the books since 1798, according to The Washington Post, which added, “It seems its main purpose these past 200 years has been as a political weapon for the opposition party to cast doubt on the other party’s foreign policies.”

The Democrats are trying so hard to impeach Trump and are just failing miserably.
Fighting Trump on everyone of his Cabinet picks. I mean people didn't like Bush or Obama but i dont ever remember them ever wanting them to fail. The worst I ever heard about Obama(at least during the 1st 100 Days) was that he's a Muslim or that he wasn't born in the US.
And ever since the Democrats lost all 3 Branches Obama started this Fake News nonsense which has turned reality.
Not even close ...Right now you can search yt for fake news and CNN dominates it .Its trending with the Bern being cut off by guess who ? ...CNN of course . Go to Wiki and look .You will see countries names that pop up in the descriptions looking at it from all directions and wouldn't you know it that the US is always mentioned last ...
What? That makes no sense. Fake news came to the spotlight when it was discovered fake news sites were being created to generate revenue, and the Right was falling for it.

Now despite what I am told by the MSM who is the who's who of Fake News ,CNN is heads over the rest ,They are the # 1 Fake News site ,bar none ..its just that simple
The rising trend of fake news during 2016 was very different to largely state controlled analogue modes of 20th century propaganda. What we saw often here were small groups of people taking advantage of social media interaction and algorithms through creating hyperbolic articles around a major political event: the US Presidential election.
After November 9th, the network of sites publishing fake news were being decried loudly by media outlets. Many flatly announced that Facebook, and the fake news shooting through newsfeeds within, had won the election for Trump.
Trump's unpredictability and his fueling of distrust of his opponents led to a growth in fake news that was supportive of him. In an atmosphere where you never know what might happen next or what to believe, you're going to be more receptive to hyperbole and truth distortion. "Pope backs Trump", "Hillary sold weapons to ISIS", "FBI Agent Suspected in Hillary Email Leaks Found Dead" - these fake headlines all went viral on Facebook in the run up to the election, gaining such high engagement that BuzzFeed published an analysis on how they had outperformed real news on Facebook.

No the Republicans never acted like this. Though I must admit it is entertaining.
Obama was constantly stonewalled in most of what he wanted, or tried, to do at every turn.
Because its suggestive ...Oh look who is on the list mmmm the US is last but if the subject matter was of a positive nature then you could be sure that the US would be # 1 ... Fake news takes on different characteristics ..miss leading ,factually incorrect ,edited comments , miss quoted ,. the list is long and even using blue or green screens . There is a ton of examples but CNN dominates it and claims its not us ...
How is that meaningful?

Fake News is completely fabricated news. Not misleading, not factually incorrect, not biased.
CNN is not fake news. The websites created to push fabricated news to troll Right Wingers, are fake news.
I notice you didn't comment on any thing else in my post.
Why?
