ORoville Dam?
Fort Ord is a former United States Army post on Monterey Bay of the Pacific Ocean coast in California, which closed in 1994. Most of the fort's land now makes up the Fort Ord National Monument, managed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management as part of the National Landscape Conservation System. Before construction and official designation as a fort in 1940, the land was used as a maneuver area and field-artillery target range during 1917. Fort Ord was considered one of the most attractive locations of any U.S. Army post, because of its proximity to the beach and California weather. The 7th Infantry Division was its main garrison for many years. When Fort Ord was converted to civilian use, space was set aside for the first nature reserve in the United States created for conservation of an insect, the endangered Smith's blue butterfly. Additional endangered species are found on Fort Ord including Contra Costa goldfields and the threatened California Tiger Salamander.

Ambassador: You have muddled everything from the start, taking that child with you from Marrakesh. Don't you realize that Americans dislike having their children stolen?
Louis Bernard: [dying] A man... a statesman... is to be killed... assassinated in London. Soon... very soon. Tell them in London... tell them to try Ambrose Chapel...
The Man Who Knew Too Much (Quotes from IMDB)
"I have been detained illegally, without charge for six years, without sunlight, lots of spies everywhere. It's tough... but that's the mission I set myself on. I understand the kind of game that's being played - big powerful actors will try and take revenge...it's a different thing for my family - I have young children, under 10 years old, they didn't sign up for that... and I think that is fundamentally unjust... my family is innocent, they didn't sign up for that fight."

who was making videos had come across the ic watch photos in a file at Wiki in November (some of them are still there) recently these photos were listed under different dates when most of the other file dates had changed to 1984. I think also Wiki might have hosted IC at one time when the two people that set it up were under some duress. A couple of days ago she deleted all her accounts and removed all videos etc after someone had advised her on some security issues...

"...context" for the Vault 7 "series."
The use of the word "context" seems a specific sort of word to choose. "Series" seems to suggest it's coming in waves.
I'm holding on to my mouse ears. I hope we all are.
