Now, this is a good video. Iraq contractor relays his encounters with Iraqi's about the travel ban. A damn good story and very thought provoking. Appears he was evac'ed out 16 hours after posting the video. Don't worry, only three and a half minutes long.

Meet 42-year-old Steven Gern, a former U.S. Marine working as a security specialist in Iraq. On Saturday Gern posted a video that got millions of hits and is only now starting to creep into the American media.

The video Gern made explains the grave threat that people from the seven countries on Trump’s Travel Ban list pose to Americans. The video was viewed so many times that Gern was forced to evacuate, “Apparently, it wasn’t safe for me to remain in the location I was in,” he said in a follow up video.

In his original video Gern explains that a lot of people in Iraq are furious with the Travel ban that Trump has in place. He decides to ask some of the local Iraqis what would happen to an American citizen if they were to walk down the street in Iraq.

The Iraqis told him that the American would be snatched up and killed with an hour.

Gern goes on to say that the point he is trying to make is that this is the locale populace that would do this. This isn’t ISIS, al-Qaeda, or any kind of military personnel. These are just the regular citizens of the country.

He responds to the Iraqis by saying, “If you would do this to me, in your country, why would I let you in my country?”

My experience with ME 'locals' is identical to that guy in the video. Muslims will kill you in their country in a split second ... or torture you if they have the opportunity.

And yet ... in America ... there are bunches of people who want to open the doors to these _cultures_ and infect our lands.

Hmmm... So, you agree that the common, regular people from this particular nation will kill you as an American if they get the chance and have no problem allowing these same people into the continental United States?

I do think it's silly.

No, I haven't went and pointed guns and bombs at people in their own country and expected them to play nice and be offer me a cold beverage and snacks.

However, I have had quite a few ME co-workers, friends, neighbors, etc. that all were much nicer than the white Christian neighbors who frowned upon their every movement.
Just my experience, I'm sure it's different when you invade another country and free them so much they need some Abu Garhib action!

I judge people individually. It doesn't matter if they are whatever race, veteran or not, everyone is equal, until they take to YouTube with their inflammatory opinion that might cause pain for families that I know.

He's from my hometown.

We went to the same high school, but years apart. I don't know him personally, but I know people that do and all say he's a smart, stand-up guy. Someone you can count on - always.
