So with Trumps 7 country ban to stop Terrorists...there's a big Omission.

Why isn't Saudi Arabia on that list? Why isn't Saudi Arabia 1st on that list?

Of the 9/11 Attackers 15 of the 19 were citizens of Saudi Arabia, and the others were from the United Arab Emirates (2), Egypt, and Lebanon.

The let's talk about The San Bernardino terrorist attack...both Farook and Malik had traveled to Saudi Arabia in the years before the attack.

Why isn't this concern in the main stream media, right or left leaning?

You'll have to ask Obama, he drew up the list. Trump's EO just refer back to it.

Oil and the petrodollar, Trump wants to stop terrorists coming to the USA, But not at the expense of the country grinding to a halt and collapsing.

Remember it is the petrodollar that has been keeping the USA afloat for decades, If you're not sure of the importance of it, Spend an hour on google researching it.

The question in your OP will be answered...

We have active anti-terrorism operations with Saudi Arabia's co-operation and Saudi Arabia isn't a warzone. So, if we have the need to question anyone's identity coming from Saudi Arabia, we can just call Saudi Arabia.

Guy claims to be John Doe from Saudi Arabia -- we can just call Saudi Arabia and confirm his identity.

Guy claims to be John Doe from Syria -- who do you call? Assad? The rebels? ISIS?

Just kidding. It's because of white supremacy and Trump is Hitler.

The EO provides for more countries to be added:

Full Text.

After the 60-day period described in subsection (d) of this section expires, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall submit to the President a list of countries recommended for inclusion on a Presidential proclamation that would prohibit the entry of foreign nationals (excluding those foreign nationals traveling on diplomatic visas, North Atlantic Treaty Organization visas, C-2 visas for travel to the United Nations, and G-1, G-2, G-3, and G-4 visas) from countries that do not provide the information requested pursuant to subsection (d) of this section until compliance occurs.

Syria has important oil pipelines too and they're on the list. The entire ME has oil.

The honest answer is because he told his supporters he would enact a ban, and the only way for him to do it and get away with it was to use Obama's list of previously designated threats. Yes, I know Obama never actually did anything about it, so it's not "the same" or whatever... which, again, is why we have Trump. So, the real question is "Why didn't Obama include SA on the list?"

911 was 16 years ago. It must have been determined they have proper vetting in place in this day and age.
4 of the 7 countries don't even have active governments right now.
Oh, and theres the oil lol...

Anybody Know the details behind this photo?
Does Trump have any hotels or anything in Saudi Arabia?
Or is he just sponsoring some golf event?

If countries were excluded from the list for oil reasons, none of the 7 countries would be on the list, especially Syria. However, the list was created for anti-terrorism purposes.

Trump has no significant business ties with Pakistan. Pakistan is not on the list. So, the list has nothing to do with Trump's business ties. The list was created for anti-terrorism purposes.

Because the ban is a political move, not one meant to protect American citizens from any danger.

If it was, SA would also be on that list.

Of course not.

Trump has no significant business interests in Pakistan. Pakistan is not on the list. There are dozens of ME countries that Trump doesn't have business interests in that aren't on the list. So, the list is not motivated by Trump's business interests.

Saudi Arabia has a working customs and border system. If someone claims to be John Doe from Saudi Arabia, we can call Saudi Arabia's customs agency and verify that they are John Doe.

That's why Saudi Arabia is not on the list.

If someone claims to be John Doe from Syria, we can not call ISIS and verify that they are John Doe.

That's why Syria is on the list.

The list is for anti-terrorism purposes.
