Hey, there's a simple motto when it comes to Libya, Iraq, and Syria: "you broke it you bought it." And it's not like Iran hasn't been targeted by the West, the GCC, and Israel for the last few decades.

Yemen is currently being dismantled by our Saudi allies (with help and support from the West and their other allies, of course). Sudan's been torn apart by it's own factions, its neighbors, and a coalition of the US & Israel (who backed the rebels in the South in order to form South Sudan while also backing one faction of the rebels in the Darfur region). And the US-backed African Union has been one of the major factions fighting in Somalia, though I have no problems with this one.

In other words, it's ridiculous to say they should fix their own countries when we've played such a large hand in destabilizing them in the first place. What hope do they have of stabilizing when the world's most expensive MIC is constantly working to undermine them?

They have the privilege of being able to enter the country because they don't wish it ill in ways that manifest as bloody attacks on the citizens.

Privilege can mean more than your racist assumption of white privilege. It can simply mean privileged with a special relationship the same way China was and still is privileged with special trade status. No white Western civ there.

Yep, this really is all down to western interference in the region. No member of Middle East society has any power, so cannot take any responsibility for their nation, enlightenedservant?

I have been in the unfortunate position of living and working in the Middle East. No wonder so many want to escape it.
