now i'm not saying this is NOT cgi - featureless white orbs again, hardly anything conclusive -
but if it IS cg then it's pretty masterful, the camera doesn't stop moving and it focuses in and out and at no point did it seem jarringly fake.

the test, as always, isn't gonna be salty members of ats declaring all things false, it's going to be if any of that other footage being shot also makes it to the internet.

Hoax, there were protests at several sites along the border that day. The protests were by Mexicans on the Mexican side of the border protesting steep increases in the price of gas. When the protests occurred, most Mexican border agents simply left the scene in order to avoid any violence.

It looks like someone used one of the many videos of the protests (that's why people are shouting and using their cars' horns) and added some lights in the sky. If this was real we should have dozens of videos of the event.

Unfortunately, that is correct. Even if a valid sighting were captured photographically, there would be few ways to prove it is not a hoax. This has always been the case though, long before CGI and photoshop. If a group of people with a group of differing devices were to photograph the same event, perhaps that would be more convincing.
