The "Antitroll"

I am sure some have experienced this, I don't know if the term has been coined yet, but. It would be relevant to someone who has experienced receiving meaningless upbeat responses to things one has shared either in person or on line. Worst case scenario would be someone opening up about ptsd, and then receiving links to "kitty fail videos."
Obviously I've been through some crap, not as bad as some others though.
My main point is can we come up with a term to describe someone, (who actually is trying to help but doesn't understand what's going on.) who makes you feel uncomfortable because they're always sweet and nice and don't understand that their posts only push you farther away?

I would say they are cousins to "white knights" and "concern trolls". Concern trolls are the freakin' worst.
