Another sticking point seems to be being dealt with.

Trump is now filing docs needed to remove his name as top executive at his companies. Making good on a campaign promise.

President Trump is now filing the documents needed to remove his name as top executive at his companies, finally making good on a promise to leave management by Inauguration Day.

He may be a couple of days late, but public documents show Trump is making changes at the helm of his businesses. For example, a filing from Florida's Department of State, entered Monday, shows son Eric Trump as president of Trump International Hotels Management LLC. In March 2016, Donald J. Trump had been registered as president of the company.
www.npr.org...

A number of docs came out today mid afternoon, no change in ownership, but Trump is no longer the to dog. He transferred management to his sons.

That sort of management shift was confirmed in numerous documents that began appearing online throughout Monday afternoon. The filings don't show a change in ownership, just a replacement of Donald Trump as the top executive.

The Trump Organization may have gotten a nudge from a weekend report by ProPublica, an independent nonprofit news service. It had contacted officials in Florida, Delaware and New York and found no indication that Trump had begun transferring management to his sons.

Donald Trump became president of the Trump organization at the age of only 25. Donald Trump Jr. only got this position at the age of 39.

I would imagine that his sons are heavily involved in the family business. And I would imagine that they have been given a crash course when Trump started to run, because he needed them to take over after he won.

So he is no longer management, but still owns everything?

Is that a problem?

If he sold now, it would be another pay to play story. No super great way out of this, I think the way he is going os the logical way.

There is no way you are going to be happy with anything Trump does. We get it...you don't like the man or his policies of fixing infrastructure, bringing jobs back and not being at war.

It must be hard to watch someone you don't like actually be a good President.

So who is leasing the DC hotel now? Donald Jr. or Eric?

True, I feel that Trump has done more in the last month for the US than Obama has in the last couple of years. I imagine HRC would have a continuation of Obama's really terrible leadership and agenda.

The Trump organization is directly owned by the Trump family and indirectly by the other tens of thousands of employees of the Trump organization, such as receptionists, cleaners, cooks, waiters and waitresses etc.

According to money.cnn.com... , Donald Trump has resigned from every position in the Trump organization and therefore has no more salary from the Trump organization.

Donald Trump has no right to sell off the Trump organization. Since 1923 it has belonged to the Trump family and was built up by his grandfather.

Chancellor Finis Valorum's family owned the Valorum Shipping and Transport family business. President Poroshenko's family owns the Roshen Chocolate family business. It is not uncommon for a head of state's family to own a family business.

Transfer management and having majority stockholder control, with stocks owned, profits continuously received and one's name on the companies... Having them manage means nothing.

After he's out he'll pickup where and when he left off. And no one should believe he won't take any calls the whole time. Management ? Ha...

He's just taking a 4-8 year "vacation". ..means zilch.....
