Like the title states, has anyone found the city of the people who created the Nazca lines in Peru? If not, who would you contact if said city was found?

Look at -14.507563, -75.184173 and see what you think. There are multiple surrounding areas showing remnants of buildings. To the south is one of the lines with what appears to be larger buildings and a guard gate to the west.

Instead of posting a thread whose content mimics the title itself, you should have done a little research and posted a thread of what you found out.

Sorry, don't know how to get the pictures out of google earth. I will try to figure it out today. Yes, they are about 10 miles northish, but there are lines all around this area too. I sent emails to several professors at universities that do research in Peru, but none have contacted me back.

This is the overview of the areas of interest.

Picture 4 is just to the left of 3. Notice the symbol.

Yes. And it's not a city; it's multiple villages.

There is a site, Google scholar (scholar.google.com) that will give you academic papers and the names of scientists who are working on projects as well as scientists who have written books about them and so forth.
