but i am not really interested in competing, i'm so not competitive. i'm here for the fun. i participate in the competition to make it more lively and to encourage it to be popular. apart for my own benefit i don't know if i succeed?? i hope avatar creations will always be a special feature on ats. i think we are outstanding in this sense.

Yuck...Hopefully you get it back soon. It's hard to make these things on a small lap top I would imagine...but you still managed to make some pretty awesome avatars with it.

I understand the contest bit...It's really fun to make the avatars..challenging for me (probably more so for me than others) But, it is seeing the results of the effort/practice of myself and others that make it worthwhile. Absolutely amazing how people can fit stuff together, and make it look beautiful. At least I think so.

Love your current avatar, Lady..Hope ya get your computer back soon and looking forward to seeing your work in the BTS avatar thread!

And no worries about the counting, pretty sure none of us really care...it was just fun playing and making pictures together.

It helped make Valentine's not so sucky!

don't worry, DTOM, i'm not complaining at all, but i was too curious about some results here in this thread

so i went and counted stars. i'm pretty sure the major applause goes to TNMockingbird's first official entry, but this of course has to be offially confirmed by DTOM. i was really astonished when i first saw this entry, it made a big impression on me and i like it a lot. well done TNM !

the biggest surprise however i had by Biig's entrance. cunning and intricate, i thought. a great message woven into that image. Biigs, i wish we will see more of your contributions !

i also liked very much BFFT's contribution. the inofficial entry as well as the avatar he sported during the match.

however, my personal favorite was this one by blend. so witty and funny.
