It's true, it's a lot of work tho. They take kids and start brainwashing and mind controlling them from about 2 years old, give them triggers, could be used for anything from idea infiltration into groups, to kill people in an airport, all the way to performing sexual acts at rituals.

This paperwork is required as there are layoffs involved. You have to for the department of labor. The employees were notified several months ago though.
