Have you ever heard of the Faraday Future?

It`s an electric car that can go from 0-60 in 2.4 seconds
It claims to produce 1,050 horsepower from the electric motors.
It can travel 378 miles between recharging.

It has received over 64,000 preorders based on the unveiling of the prototypes, even though they haven`t even built a factory to produce them yet.
A $5,000 reservation fee is required for each preorder with the final purchase price being in the 6 figure range.
It`s being marketed as an SUV that has the ability to drive and park itself.

They may never actually mass produce them but it sure sounds impressive for an electric SUV

I'll accept electric cars if they get off the giant battery concept. There's enough intelligence available to make them work without 80lbs of lithium waiting to ignite.

I am biased however - give me a 289 small block and a four speed and I'm happy.
Love my stang's

Yes there is. It's called wireless energy transmission.

Tesla invented, we know how to use it, but it's being suppressed because of infighting over how to monetize it.

Typical....

Ugly looking thing if you ask me, but it sure is fast 0-60.
Interesting name, Faraday, sounds like it should be a Tesla model.
I'm hoping they perfect Lithium Air batteries in the near future, it would be a game changer.
How long till the term 'Peak Lithium' starts to get booted around?
I'm partial to internal combustion right now, leave them electric cars to the city slickers.
