HRC will never run for office again says a confidante of hers. She wants to help kids and families says Neera Tanden president of Center for American Progress. She added that is what she has been focused on her whole life.

Washington (AFP) - Hillary Clinton will never run for office again after losing the US presidential election to Donald Trump in November after the most divisive campaign in memory, a confidante of the Democrat said on Sunday.

"I think she's going to figure out ways to help kids and families," Neera Tanden, president of the Center for American Progress, a Democratic Party-connected think-tank told CNN. "That's been what she's been focused on her whole life, and a lot of issues that are affecting them, over the next couple of years."

Tanden added she doesn't expect her to run again not for this (mayor) or any thing else.

"But I don't expect her to ever run for any elected office again," she added.

Tanden was reacting to a New York Times article speculating about whether Clinton would run for New York mayor against the incumbent Bill de Blasio, her former campaign chief.

"I don't expect her to run for this and I don't expect her to run for other office," Tanden said, without giving more specifics about the 69-year-old former secretary of state's plans.

I wonder if her MK-Ultra programming is failing her...as well as her own health.

Either way...this is one of the best statements I heard yet of HRC...it will be better if she was in jail though.

Im not sure helping pedophiles get away with raping 12 year olds fits in that category.
This woman needs to just crawl into a hole and die, she shouldnt do anything to do with people at all.

On the positive side she has said shell never run for public office again, not that it would matter as by now most people she her for what she truly is and wouldnt get elected to run a church fete let alone a country or city (OK maybe NY or CA).

She would be a fool to run for another office. I honestly think there should be an age restriction on taking a public office. These people hold too much influence and power to take a chance on having old age mental illness or memory problems affect their decision making ability. Call it discrimination if you want, but there are aspects to getting old that affect people both physically and mentally. It's only a natural process of aging that your mental capacity declines as you age.
