Agreed, it will be ignored, sadly.

All hail the almighty, all knowing U.S Government.

May they ever know what is best for us and keep us safe.

I don`t need to watch it because I know exactly how it`s going to go, it`s going to be Iraq WMD 2.0

The CIA will present a bunch ambiguous and made up "evidence" that the public will never see because it`s classified.
Then the CIA will give a summary of all the non existent "evidence" which will vaguely implicate someone who may or may not have ties to the Russians. The CIA will conclude that "the Russians did it".

The senate will accept the CIA`s conclusion that "the Russians did it" and then they will all go out, have some dinner and drinks with their favorite lobbyists, satisfied in the knowledge that they have made the world safe for democracy again.
edit on 5-1-2017 by Tardacus because: (no reason given)

Impressive. They have a unique ability to say absolutely nothing despite lots of words flying around.

Nope, no evidence. What a complete waste of time.

These F#rs are talking about 'asymetricaly' CRUSHING someone as a future deterrent. Read military response.

Asymetric warfare means terrorism.

And who does the US know that has lots of those ?

Saudi Arabia.

Well that was a bunch of BS.

No proof other than we "know whats best, trust us"

And lots of talk of war and limiting MORE freedoms.

Shocker.

What if… it wasn’t ever really meant for us? What if it isn’t designed to be critiqued by infosec experts? What if, instead, it’s a product of some other area of expertise: National security, foreign policy, public relations. What if the confusion and annoyance we’re feeling isn’t a bug, it’s a feature? What if the discontent the report has created isn’t a hallmark of its failure, but rather of its success? Is any of that even possible? “I think that’s exactly what’s going on,” Ranum told us. “The reason this has created this kind of stress in the computer security community is that we are experts in this field and we are looking at something that is really just terribly put-together propaganda. That’s why we’re upset. “We’re seeing this as basically the government saying they are not even interested in the opinions of experts. We’re just gonna say we’re the NSA or the CIA or the FBI and we say the Russians did it,” Ranum added. “I know we’re not a democracy. Please do not hold my face down and rub my nose in it.”

"terribly put-together propaganda"

when sme are telling you this it is bad

I didnt see them present any evidence, They just seemed to talk and blow smoke up each others ass's for the 45mins that i watched. They were all pretty much in agreement that they need to crack down on the internet.

These are dangerous people....

Guess you get out of it what you want.
No really .

Me too .
I'm getting they're pretty flippin sure it was Russia. They're naming organizations. I'm betting they have lots more.

While only a video of Putin sitting at a computer wearing a maniacal grin while tapping away on the keyboard will be enough for some.

I get that.

Are you being serious? Pretty flippin sure? Bawhahaha!

First they aren't "pretty flippin sure" and if they are when did we start punishing people just because someone is "pretty flippin sure"?

Thanks silly that gave me a good ol' belly laugh!

Who are APT 28 and APT 29?

These two groups were named amongst others. It could be ABT. My keyboard likes to insert it's own ideas into any given conversation lol

Along with the GRU.

Lots of appeals directly to trump from the floor.

Apt = apparent persistent threat ( i think) more officially i think they tried to link to fancy bear and another group with more direct ties to government i read once, but they failed entirely.
