interdimensional or extraterrestrial?

I'm going with military and some sort of progenitors of humans, whether from Earth or somewhere nearby.

However, I do believe the universe is loaded with alien civilizations.

I do believe in UFOs I have seen a couple do amazing feats of speed and maneuvring, even once apparently I phoned my gf and told her about a ufo I saw up close just after it happened while I was working up at McArthur River uranium mine. And I can't remember it at all, I've been trying and trying but can't for the life of me remember it happening.

But either way, I dont believe it's the government covering it up, if they are, then they're doing a far better job at it than they do absolutely everything else.

Theory: Humans from a different Era (Not necessarily the future).

I don't think it's aliens, I think it's more like from the show 'Fringe', us from the very distant future.

If you take the earliest grey alien stories at face value. A common denominator is they come here to breed with us because their genetic pool isnt diverse at all anymore, which caused them problems. Well first off, species don't normally interbreed, it's extremely rare for that to happen, almost non existent.

Ergo, they must be related to us apart of the exact same species, just from a completely different era. That's if you were to think about it logically.

I don't have a favorite theory, but I had a thought last night while watching a ghost/paranormal show on tv.

Just by being a ghost that seems could effect human activity/hauntings people swear by...
and little gadgets that measure electromagnetic fields in a given space/room...

Seems ghosts must be interdimensional because they cannot fully manifest in true physical form, but seem to be able to affect physical properties; moving stuff around, dropping glass, eg.
What if these ghosts are actually interdimensional beings capable of manipulating physical properties; their face to look human like us?

...If that is the case then they don't really need space fairing vehicles/ufos?

I wonder if blind people get haunted? Blind people feel when a person is present in the room, would they feel a ghost too?
