Trump out worked all of the other candidates for Presidency. This news does not surprise me. He does work a lot.

I don't disagree with your assessment. His first few months in office will be by far the most important.

And he still won.

Because Hillary Clinton was so bad...and the media loved him. It's rigged but he is a pr machine and was smart enough to use the media against themselves.

Again legislating with congress is muh different.

Hey I am no leftie but I am pretty cautiously optimistic.

I agree. I just hope he knows he has to bring at least his own party together.

If he could bring in the moderate left that would be great!

Hell of he just could roll back foriegn aid he will have done more than most presidents. We often talk about welfare but, human rights monsters we feed should be a no brainer move.

We are all being screwed right now on both sides. We all have so much ptsd from politics we don't realize there are common ground issues.

Hell rand paul and al Frankin worked together to help stop an arms shipment to Saudi Arabia

I will have to wait and see how he handles them. From the beginning no one gave him a chance and he made the "political experts" look like idiots. I don't know how he will do it, but something tells me he has a plan.

Due in no small part to crossovers like me, I dare speculate. Good god I hope the man delivers.

Much the same with Obama. I believe he has the capability to bring it in and do some really good work for the American people. Obama couldn't do it, could Trump?

I think with dialing back his initial campaign promises or simply rewording them, he will bring around the moderates you speak of.

Well, it didn't surprise me. He played the media.

Now he can go the mike gravel root like the Pentagon papers era, but it's different when he isnt doing pr. When he has to go through the legislative system.

Obama was a huge dissapointment. He really drove people apart. I thought that his cabinet picks were a sign like with trump but I am cautiously optimistic.

I think the learning curve is going to be very steep and am slightly concerned about being slow out the gates or relying on propaganda.

He seems like a pragmatist so I hope he can...
I just know it's also congress that needs to be the long term solution. Not much hope there yet.

From the what I have seen he knows his way around a lot of things. Good or Bad. He does know how to get things done.

Source for the most unpopular pres. please.

All the people that has turned him down for performing at the inauguration is a good indicator he isn't liked very much.
I do give them credit for the excuse though that he wants to get down to work.

Sometimes a president getting things done is a worst case scenario as far as unintended consequences.

I hope he can bring people together and inspire congress and voters.

I know I hear the dems say that he had great things he wanted to get done, but the repubs stopped him cold. I don't know how much truth there is to that statement.
