It's far more fun when people say they are vets and it comes to light that they read about the service on Wiki and their "deployment time" is mostly C.O.D. or FO3.

i remember when i was in the army and they said dont wear your uniforms in public, like at the train station coming back from leave, as soldiers have been killed by terrorists because of this, i know i wouldn't jump about with a badge saying i used to be in the army. no the way the world is just now.
