Cypher the fallen one

I dont know where to post this, as it is not electronic or handheld or such, but its for a game. so I posted this here. If its in the wrong spot tell me so next time I wont have to trouble you all in the video game forum.


ANYWAYS. To my question.

Does anyone have the rules for the Warhammer 40000 character "Cypher the fallen one" ?


I am still searching on the net as I type this, to no success. Should anyone have the link or rules please please please post them. Show sympathy for the Catfish....
