It seems every terror attack lately is false flag.

Why do people think that every act of barbarity is a false flag? What purpose does a false flag serve?
My best guess is they removed the dark colored truck because it was damaged and used a red truck to remove the container.

I know what a false flag is. In the context of current terrorism in Europe and specifically this event, what would be gained by a false flag? Besides the OP is pretty flimsy, as pointed out above.
Anyway terrorism emanating from the Middle East and North Africa has been going on for more then 25 years and not all pointed at Israel.

The third video (Footage Following Attack (normal speed))to me is the most compelling. Everyone is calm and continues shopping just feet away from the incident.

What do you think about this specific incident and the evidence presented?

Yep. The really entertaining part about both that picture and the video is that if one pays attention even a little, one can see the dark colored truck-cab attached to a tow-truck, still in the shot.

2) On a major road, in a capital city, why isn't there CCTV footage of the incident?
Police say they have been hindered by the lack of CCTV in the and have called for more cameras in the wake of the lorry attack. Bodo Pfalzgraf of the German police union said: 'We need better and more intelligent surveillance in public places, and Monday’s tragedy has shown precisely why. 'We would know a lot more about the perpetrator by now if we had been allowed to install video cameras on Breitscheidplatz square. We couldn’t have prevented the attack, but our investigation would be more advanced by now. CCTV can save lives'. There are CCTV cameras in Germany but in many areas running them 'live' is not allowed. Only five of the 16 federal states allow it.
