Hey hunny!
My sister-in-law is a school custodian here and she makes really good money!

If you have snow, why not take the girls out for a frolic...then come in and get a big mug of something hot to drink (donuts are optional), get warm and cozy...and write us a story?
Maybe then the girls will be tired and sleep for a bit so you don't have to fight for the keyboard. (as I write this I have my cat on my lap, lol)

Re: Soup - YES! I often put chunks of bacon in my soup!! (But on this occasion I forgot to get some out of the freezer in time, so it is just a Ham Stock with Lentils, diced & grated carrot, finely chopped onion, diced potato AND my secret ingredient.... Mashed potato! Seasoned with ground black pepper and parsley.
and YES there is plenty left... I'll hang the pot over the Shed fire to warm through...

The original Shed folks met in a Valentine's thread by member angelchemeul (Jane), then I wrote my first Shed story when that thread closed (because by then we all wanted a place to hang out together). So me, jacy is 2nd Jane.
Angelchemeul Jane is a Clinical Aromatherapist and Reflexologist and natural healing is her specialty. She has a published book on Essential Oils (which I sadly have yet to purchase due to lack of money, not lack of interest). She also attended 'The Gathering' when Gordi hosted a few Shed members for a weekend of fun and Shednanigans. She's also beautiful, smart and funny. And missed.

I made it snow. Glad it made you get a day off.

Well, truth is, I was actually targeting PrairieShepherd's location, but you're kind of near the spot. PrairieShepherd keeps receiving ice instead of snow, so I'm working on that.

I gotta say, though, it's sunny and frigid here today. I needed to break out the heavy artillery gloves & cap today.
I understand the NWS says we're supposed to get a 30-degree swing in temps to the warm side. Totally bizarro winter this year.

Hehe lol yeah, the warm thing is bugging me too. It screws up the precipitation state - switches between rain and snow. There's such a small difference between the two, additionally to complicate things, water can survive in its liquid phase under zero degrees celsius, in the form of supercooled water drops.

Even up here precipitation keeps toggling between snow and freezing rain.

By the way, I keep stumbling on your signature - do you speak German?

No, actually the pic served two purposes nicely. 1) Insert cute animal pic in Shed thread (because that's what we do)...and 2) make sarcastic remark to Sir Gordi (which it did)...so, my work here is done!

Homoeopathy is pretty fascinating. Its core idea is somewhat similar to the modern concept of vaccines, but also mixes in some principles of ancient magic such as Paracelsus's. It's very elegant, though I can't say about its effectiveness since I haven't tried it.
