Even if they were able to find cause to charge Hillary over the server/emails, she pleads guilty and is sent home with a misdemeanor.

She will not see the inside of a jail cell.

I completely agree. Prosecute every Democrat for any and every crime they can find right down to unpaid parking tickets. Leave no stone unturned. That way, in a couple years when Donald is bagged waist-deep in corruption and malfeasance we won't have to listen to the whining from the right. Not that Donald would EVER do anything unethical or illegal. God forbid.

Double standard much? Wowza -- Snowden releases classified material deliberately, with intention, and he should be hailed -- yet Clinton did it without aforethought and frankly, just stupidly, but she should be prosecuted? The content of the material is irrelevant.

Clinton was an attorney. Therefore she knows the law.

If you think did it out of stupidity you are deluded! She knew exactly what she was doing! She just didn't think she would be caught.

She should be punished to the full extent of the law. Not my opinion just plain facts.

Also it should be noted that the American people are more informed on the N.S.A.'s intrusion into their private lives as a result of Snowden.

We should all be thankful!

What would you do if you were Tump? if you drained it, most of the assembly seats would be vacant. If he actually went after the Clinton foundation a drone would detach from wherever and he would be dodging hellfire missiles. The cause would be some terrorist cell, and some patsies will be dealt with. They control the narrative, at least that's obvious by now.

You want to know how I view this whole thing? Ok.

I won't pretend that i'm Trump, because i'm not. But if I were in his position, I'd hire the very ass kissers that were used by the last Administration, and find out everything they know, everything. Know Thy Enemy.

Once I understood where they were coming from and how easily they turn from one Master to another, i'd fire them all who were unworthy of my Time and Place, and replace them.

The unravelling has begun and with any luck, the opposing side will be in check mate by the time Trump takes office.

They've already checkmated themselves provided Trump and co. stay true and hold the line and actually DO investigate and prosecute no matter who's involved or what the crime.

If he gives them all a pass, then all they'll do is regroup on the sidelines and attack him and his administration while biding their time for a return to power.

What's needed is a linchpin that's capable of pulling down the satanic structure and who cares if it becomes a big controversy and the greatest political scandal of all time.

The bad mountain must be made to move and the evil tree uprooted and cast into the hisstorical abyss. That kind of thing can't be done quietly behind the scenes.

Seeing as an exhaustive investigation has already found no cause to file charges with Clinton...And a report by the intelligence community on the Russian Interference in the election is due before Pres. Obama leaves office....I think the Odds of Trump being arrested for High Crimes and Treason while conspiring with a foreign government to sway an election is much more probable.

History teaches that the people themselves will eventually take action (french revoultion) against tyranny when the majority of the population faces econimic decline. That turning point might appear sooner than most people believe possible.

He's already trying to make the transition as hard as possible...he would have to pardon the whole of Hillarys campaign team to cover any possible issues. If he just pardoned her...well I think we'd see the DNC eat itself.
