I don't think they even know anything for sure.

I was watching Fox News and the person giving the interview asked if we could see the evidence and he said no without hesitation Laughing out Loud

Next time your county/city indicts someone you should ask to see the evidence and see how they respond to you.

When did we indict them?

Clinton was the second least popular candidate ever in the run up the election and with all her baggage, she shouldn't have run in the first place.

That said, Donald Trump was such an appallingly bad candidate that she should have been able to eek out a win. There's no single reason why she didn't.

Her campaign took the Rust Belt for granted. In fact, the Democratic platform and their messaging has moved way too far away from labor which is pretty ironic because they're still getting accused of being communists. Her "basket of deplorables" remark was a facepalm moment. The Comey letter was bad. The Bret Baier reported unsubstantiaed rumors purportedly from the NYC FBI office (that likely came from Kallstrom/Giuliani/both) didn't help.

Then there are the leaked emails. Some of these were made out to be things they were not (two people having a conversation about Catholicism, one of them a Catholic herself — neither of whom were Clinton — doesn't add up to "Clinton thinks Catholics are backwards") but others were exactly what they purported to be — evidence of corrupt/unethical behavior. Then there were the Clinton Foundation chickens coming home to roost. Whether or not she was influenced by donations to the foundation, there was obviously not a clear seperation when her staff were taking emails from Doug Band. A Benghazi movie (I know two people who voted for Trump strictly based on the impression they were left with from 13 Hours). Clinton Cash and the complete misrepresentation of the Rosatom-Uranium One deal.

Fake news stories by the dozens going viral about ear pieces, drone strikes, numerous misrepresentations of emails, the whole spirit cooking and pizzagate nonsense which wasn't even directly related to Clinton.

There's just so many factors that trying to point to one and say "this is the one" is a ridiculously futile exercise. Despite all that was wrong with Clinton and all of her baggage, all the missteps by Clinton and her campaign, the FBI letters, the leaked emails, etc — she still managed to take the popular vote by 2% which should be a very big signal to Donald Trump and his die hard supporters — most of his rhetoric doesn't actually connect with the majority of people. There's no popular mandate. Bernie Sanders would have mopped the floor with Donald Trump's combover.

Thank you in advance.

There's a simple reason the Democrats lost. They ran what was probably the worst campaign of the past 100 years. Trump in comparison ran what was probably the best campaign of the past 100 years, and I am absolutely convinced will be studied for the next 100 years as a blueprint.

And yet, despite that Hillary still took the popular vote and was a heavy favorite for the electoral vote. There's a lot of factors Hillary's campaign was so horrible that this outcome was even a possibility. Unlikable, untrustworthy, scandals, not visible enough, reliant on an outdated method of communication, being representative of a political dynasty, a lifetime of baggage, resentment she wasn't Sanders, poor platform choices by the DNC, people wanting a change from 8 years of Democrats, and probably a bit of sexism because a man who acts like a jerk looks tough and is seen positively, while a woman just looks like a bitch which is a negative.

And that was just the first 10 reasons that came to mind.

The Democrats Lost the Election Because of the Subversive Socialists among their Party . The Silent Majority of the American People have had Enough of their Unamerican Sheit , and Sent that Message Loud and Clear during this Presidential Election . Of Course those Scumbags won't Admit it because it Makes To Much Sense .

I get your point I really do. But Hillary took direct shots at the head of the FBI James Comey for influencing the election. When he was doing his job. Investigating her. Letting her off the hook even calling her Extremely Careless in handling Top Secret information. As someone who studied CJ and WHHacking why is she above the law the rest of us have to follow? She purposely used a non secure email server to purposely and with intent to circumnavigate the Freedom of Information Requests.

I hate to be Captain Obvious, here, but "because of the difference between Evidence and Forensic Evidence" - am I right?

And two more points:
* as Powell said, he advised her and it wasn't against the law at that time
* and as we all know, only a few of us know the difference between a secure server and a server.

Your post deserves a star and I agree with almost every thing you said, except for the Fake News, and Ear piece. I didn't see the sit in forum debate but I saw her second debate and I definitely noticed a Ear Piece masquerading as a Ear ring. Hell I even took screenshots of it. Also Fake News is complete BS. Hillary is responsible for the Fake News. She couldn't keep her story straight on the emails, and landing under sniper fire. Fake News.

Why we lost the election? Well, first of all it was about time for a republican presidency. So its not so surprising that Hillary lost.

The better questions is how did the republicans allow Trump to be their nominee?

My opinion? There are many more ignorant people in this world than what I originally thought.

Also Russia helped him with hacked emails.

The fake news outlet also had a hand in a) the hatred of Hillary and b) the hatred of Trumps competition in the primaries and c) the glorification of Trump.

Hillary lost the election for a number of reasons:

1) She was an unappealing candidate
2) She inspired few
3) Her campaign had no message
4) She took the rust belt for granted, did not campaign there enough, and did not incentivize blue collar voters there
5) She had been investigated for her email server
6) She was generally seen as untrustworthy.

Then there were some things that were out of her control, but fair game for any election:
1) She was a Democrat running after a two term Democratic Presidency
2) The economy is lackluster

Now for the things that were truly strange:

1) She was the target of a massive Russian sponsored propaganda campaign, which the right was more than willing to disseminate
2) She ran into a perfect storm of fake news, Russian hacking, and fact-void alt-right advocates who made her into a child molesting, baby sacrificing, blood drinking Devil worshiper

I think the dems initial reaction was 'Hillary sucked as a candidate and we lost rust belt working people because we were too busy pandering to gay black trans union social justice pajama warriors'.

upon further review their arrogance asserted itself and they blamed the electoral college (no majority vote) and by extension the founding fathers and the Constitution.
after a few days the media settled on the Putin / email leak issue, which has been their biggest excuse since.

immediately after the election I really hoped the American left would reconsider its positions and emphases. within days though they went back to 'we're right and you're stupid'.

somebody should write a parody article titled 'Hillary Blames Election Loss on American Voters'. a lot of people would think it real news.

Dont you be worried. Trump will be sworn in on January 20th. The Progressive Liberals will then go to their hidey-holes under a rock. Any remaining Obama legacy will be destroyed .Clinton still may go to prison . The world can then begin to start thinking of peace again instead of being constantly deluged by the Left's divisiveness .

By Jove, I think you've nailed it!
The msm seized on the Russian deal because that's the easiest sound bite issue. Show a few pix of a fierce looking Putin, and look very, very serious when delivering the claptrap about the Russian hackers! They think that those of us who grew up doing "Duck and Cover" drills will eat it up. Heck, we grew up knowing that all Russians were blood thirsty savages who wanted our country.
What they failed to take into account was the fact that most of us grew up, watched the Wall come down, and realized that we'd been scammed by not only the US government, but the entire communications industry, movies, tv, popular culture in general, through the government's emersion in those fields. We believed all the propaganda back then. But now we're grown-ups who have learned critical thinking and can see it for what it was.
They can also play the "it's very technical" aspect and say that only an elite few would be able to discern the actual evidence. True, most of us don't have that kind of technical knowledge but that doesn't mean that there is nobody who can make an educated judgment of their evidence.

I spoke with a fellow today who spend almost his entire career in security services for the military. He's one of those few who could actually review the evidence and make sense of it. It is his opinion that if the hack was from outside the country, it probably came from Israel. They have real reasons for wanting her actions revealed.

BREAKING NEWS! The latest reason for Hillary's Loss is HUMA ABEDIN.

""While many of Hillary Clinton’s top advisers have focused their post-presidential election fury on blaming alleged Russian interference and FBI Director James Comey for Clinton’s loss, some in the so-called “Hillaryland” orbit are looking inward, including pointing fingers at Clinton’s most-trusted aide: Huma Abedin.

“The real anger is toward Hillary’s inner circle,” a Clinton insider told Vanity Fair for a Wednesday feature on Abedin. “They reinforced all the bad habits.”

One of the most important people in that “inner circle” was Abedin, 40, who has been by Clinton’s side since she was a White House intern during President Bill Clinton’s tenure.""

Personally I think hillary lost the election. If they had not stacked the deck against Sanders....I think he would have won.
When the news came out of how they did him many people voted AGAINST her.
