The Christmas season fills the air with many songs that have little to do with Christmas.
Many of these songs are what I would consider “Winter” songs.
Songs like “Walking In A Winter Wonder Land”, Let It Snow”, even “Baby It’s Cold Outside”, a song that has a lot of issues.
But we will leave that for another time.
Then there are songs about winter characters.
“Frosty The Snowman, Susie Snowflake” and various others.
But there is one winter character that no one sings about.
I see him every winter.
But still he is ignored.
So I took it upon myself to write and sing about a forgotten and well know winter character: Stanley The Slushpile.
(No musicians were injured in the making of this recording.
I performed all parts myself.
However musicians may be injured by listening to it.)
