You should know better by now than to insinuate that I'm a Republican or that I would lack the integrity to tear apart any office connected to something I'd rally call against.

Twisting a tragedy into a political attack makes you no better than Obama. You can't pin this on one "side". Your man in office desires the same fate for Iran - I take it you missed his AIPAC speech?

Having spent considerable time in both Syria and Iran, I could not be more heartbroken. All the countries that protect minorities must be bombed, it seems.

Sorry but this stuff actually pisses me off a lot more than I let on. Repubs and Dems are equally responsible for these wars, so I think it's pretty disingenuous to blame Obama and Hillary without also blaming the Republican controlled Congress that has repeatedly voted to fund those very same Syrian mercenaries.

Though I apologize for lumping you in with the Republicans. Though you are asking us to give Trump's and the Republican controlled Congress' foreign policy a chance, even though Trump said he'd bomb ISIS held areas (aka Syrian & Iraqi land) then send in the oil companies to take their oil (which is legally Syrian and Iraqi oil). So you can probably see why I'm a bit... "peeved" at that suggestion.

The "Moderate Rebels" in Syria are Al Qaeda (the group that attacked on 9/11). Just the fact that they've been in cahoots with them in the slightest, alone, it blows my mind that Hillary & Obama aren't already in prison. And then there's the other controversies about them arming ISIS. The real kicker of course is what they've been supporting them doing, which is this:

And those are just the buildings. Imagine the human and other lives that got creamed along the way.

Note that Syria has been Russia ally for ages, so whatever there might be to Russia going after Hillary in the election, quit acting as if they did it because Trump is some kind of whipping boy for them.

Karma is a bitch, and losing an election isn't even a slap on the wrist for what Obama & Hillary have done in Syria alone.

Trump's the president now. He says he's against Al Qaeda and the toppling of regimes (which is what caused all of the above), so drop this pro-Hillary crap unless you want to see her do that to the rest of the Middle East (those Muslim's you all supposedly love so much).

Take a breath, chill back for a tick, and save your energy for holding Trump to making sure he doesn't follow their footsteps as he's promised he wont.

I've seen these before, the fall out is unreal. The blame for this should be laid at the feet of those who did this. Karma will return and yeah Karma Is gonna bitch slap a lot of people over this monstrosity.

How fragile life is, and with just one swipe can be taken away from they who never see it coming and are completely without awareness.

Those photos of "after" vividly depict what happens when contentious relationships with the U.S. government and it's NATO allies arise. History has shown again and again that resisting American imperialist agendas tend to manifest not only devastating sanctions that greatly affect the currency of life for the innocent civilian population; but also brutal military bombing campaigns that destroy infrastructure and historical sites; along with the funding and arming of U.S backed "rebels"—who behead 12 yr old boys, rape women and children, torture, maim, withhold or destroy humanitarian aid, etc—for their ground warfare and terror campaigns.

American imperialism concerning Syria—not to mention Libya, Iraq AND Yemen—has produced the worst humanitarian crisis in the world these past few years. The slaughter of innocents and destruction of the quality of life merely for geopolitical agendas on behalf of transnational corporations, hedge-funds, and the plutocracy — is disgustingly evil.

What compounds and makes these humanitarian issues worse are the many people who lack empathy and compassion and those whom possess xenophobic views towards the refugee crisis in Europe that their very own country caused. Talk about pouring salt in the wound. Talk about being ignorant.

And those are just the buildings. Imagine the human and other lives that got creamed along the way.

No need to imagine—there are plenty of photos online of dead children, women and men—which I won't post due to T&C.

This is what the American war machine has inflicted on many innocents in Syria, all for a F'n pipeline for their client states Qatar, Saudi, and the EU—guided by transnational corps, think-tanks, U.N and the plutocracy:

Three year old Syrian girl

Take a breath, chill back for a tick, and save your energy for holding Trump to making sure he doesn't follow their footsteps as he's promised he wont.

Let's hope he bucks the system. However, looking at the old neo-con cabinet he has so far put together and who pulls their strings, I highly doubt the empire will stop its endless war campaign.

America needs more soldiers like this man, Mike Prysner, to wake up — it's the only way this unnecessary human suffering on behalf of the greedy few — will cease:

"Sent to the Iraq war a patriotic US soldier—came home an anti-imperialist." ~ Mike Prysner

Islamists in Aleppo are almost over and talking heads are desperately claiming there's a building with 100 trapped children under attack of Syrian army forces.

Ridiculous and fishy. Does the remaining 2% of Aleppo contain foreign operatives and the intel? I can imagine something like Turks pushing on NATO "allies". Very fishy.

There are over ten thousand words those pics can conjure up in feelings . I cant imagine being from there and seeing it with my own eyes .Putin was correct when he said that the west did not know what they were doing . I think the vid clips I seen of the bombing of Germany and the terror released on those people are equally sickening .The death toll as equally or more tragic .Think about that for a sec .Over 20 million Russians alone lost their lives .

Thanks for the thread op ,I will be sure to use it to link to in the future .

Yeah they've been ramming that one down our throats over here in the UK for the last couple of hours on the (state run) BBC news. Somethings afoot when you get the sob stories like this, our media never mentions a thing when Christians and Shia are slaughtered daily but when the Sunnis are surronded and about to lose this one the BBC just can't help itself get us prepped for something. UK foreign policy + Sunni finance = total farce

Easy to say if your party is responsible for pulling the trigger.

To this claim that 'oh it was the civil war that's gone on since 2001', this video DEBUNKS that:

Discussion thread for that video (popped up last night after I posted this thread):
A Non-Western Perspective of Syria.

I expect I'll be workering more towards crushing this 'wasn't US' / 'isnt Al Qaeda' sentiment in the future, but this was all already a sidetrack off a huge project I started the other day....

SO a regime goes and blows up a country, and instead of focusing on impeaching and imprisoning them, we should put all the focus on dividing a nation on the prospects of importing radicalized people from a society that is incompatible with our own, so that we can then look forward to bombings and rapings going on en masse in our own lands, forever the whole world shattered?

I will say that to the people that did this to them, and the people that support them *whether it be directly or indirectly) I say they do deserve to have their lives shattered too. But this idea that we must instead of put the focus on how to fix the damage done over there we need to throw off course our entire future here is absurd. If we're facing division and ruin here we wont be in much of a position to help anybody else 'out there'.

And as long as people keep shirting the focus the people responsible will never come to justice.

That's all well and good but we're those government held positions or under rebel control?

Because they could easily be a "before and after" of revolution against a tyrant.
To think this started from a peaceful uprising is laughable at best. Civilians die in war, it's not unavoidable but makes for excellent propoganda.

I have a great idea. Why not distribute the refugees via bomb drop count? I guess that would be fair or not? I bet if this would be done, no more bombs, as both the USA and Russia only want the best from the syrian people. Their oil, precious metals and geostrategic position for example

Gosh looks like they got some freedom.

Now it is bidding time for contracts to rebuild.

Yeah I was picturing some board room meeting at one of those companies that made mountains of cash rebuilding iraq, with these images on a power point presentation, with estimates for how much it will cost, and how much profit can be made from the destruction of all those buildings, roads, infrastructure, etc... however many miles of power lines, telephone wire, road pavement/asphalt, lumber, cement, nails, screws, drywall, trucks & transporting costs...

build it up, and maybe we can get lucky and in 20, 30 years, accidentally have to come back and flatten it to a rubble heap again and rebuild it all over again. wash, rinse, repeat sort of deal.

Absolutely INSANE amounts of money being made on Both ends... all those bombs, bullets, guns, mortars, shells, trucks and other machines (including the brand new Toyotas for the bad guys... hey we had to at least make them able to get from point a to point b, or else they could not terrorize a whole region in an organized coordinated way, and then there would be nobody to fight), rpgs, fighter jets, training soldiers, intelligence, etc etc etc costs a freaking buttload (don't forget first aid...bandages, blood for transfusions, organs, operations, doctors and nurses wages, other medical equipment), and then they turn around and rebuild it all. Must be a nice racket. Plenty of money to go around to everyone in the club.

This is what is possible when you've got the great majority of- the media, the militaries, the politicians and the intelligence agencies of all the western nations under your control, as well as your own little merc jihadis ready to play "bad guy". You got the media leading people to believe all is well and these things need to be done. The politicians to do the same, plus give the legal "ok" to send in the military.

Question... (warning, a little off topic here) So, certain topics have been censored from YouTube, twitter, reddit, ATS even. Not only that, but there has been an uproar about Fake News. A major effort to suppress "certain topics"... out of nowhere. Just for this one little category of topics that has come up in the past few months. Unprecedented. Well, and I'm not 100% on this, since I don't do twitter or Facebook, nor do I look up the websites related to such groups im about to mention, but... I've heard rumors that ISIS, Al Queda and other jihadi terrorist, extremist groups etc., actually have their own Twitter accounts. And recruiting websites. I wonder, do they have Facebook as well? How is this allowed, but other things are taken down?

In other news, the CIA responsible for getting all that money and weapons to the "moderate" Al Qaeda terrorists... they're the same lot who have been trolling the news this week claiming that Russian's "influenced" the election... yet they say they cant show us the evidence / proof because its classified (yet they can somehow spill the beans??).

If anyone can explain that one to me I'm dying for the insights...
