The CIA suggested Saddam Hussein had WMDs too.

All you have is your hypothetic conjecture, your 'what if' scenarios.

We are talking about events as they take place in the real world. Who in the CIA has suggested that there is evidence of Russia interfering in our election?

Oh, an unnamed source as proclaimed by seven Democrat senators.

I have a 'what-if' scenario for you.

What if the democrats were just really really butt-hurt? What if they were willing to go all in on propaganda in order to avoid accepting the reality that they themselves are to blame for their own defeat?

If [they did fyi] Obama PACS ran ads against Netanyahu in Israels presidential election to "influence" the outcome this would be legal...

Had they hacked polls in tel aliv to change vote totals then they would have been guilty of election "intervention"...

It's not semantics, it's the law...

Even if Russia leaked the documents to Assange they did not illegally alter our election results...

FYI Assange has intimated Seth Rich was the leaker, not the Russians...

-Chris

All we need to do to prove the Russians didn't do it...is to ask Seth Rich if he...oh, yeah...HE WAS MURDERED!

You seem to think that it's comedic that Trump supporters aren't really, really angry that Russia hacked the US and intervened in a US election. If that's wrong, you really need to speak up here.

Got it in one. Where's the patriotic fervour?

ROFL

You know, I'm sitting here watching people who have spent the last 8 years proclaiming to be patriotic and anti-Obama (because they believed he wasn't a US national) now acting like sheep over the suggestion - by the CIA no less - that a foreign power (and Russia at that) may have intervened in a US election campaign and claiming its a Clinton conspiracy

Hell, some of these people would be calling for war had it been suggested that a democrat candidate had been aided.

Its like US politics has a massive case of patriotic amnesia. Its quite comedic.

You seem to think that it's comedic that Trump supporters aren't really, really angry that Russia hacked the US and intervened in a US election. If that's wrong, you really need to speak up here.

Now, knowing all that, and fully understanding that there is no argument over what happened, what is the bad thing here?

is it A. that Russia hacked Podesta's mail and Clinton's unsecured server?
or, B. that all those inconvenient facts were exposed and now the world know of the corruption that likely caused Clinton to loose to Trump in the US election?

Or.....Is there a third option that I am missing?

Well put - the argument seems to be that revealing the truth was unfair and there should be a do over

Without having read beyond your post,

It was actually the perfect thing for her to say. She can appear to have lost dignified, but if by some sneaky plan she ends up with the option, she can make her "dignified" return to the call of public service.

Kind of like how when an ATS member says they're done posting for good...only to return a month later to warm welcoming.

Her mind is evil though. She would jump in the presidency quicker than we could blink. Her words mean nothing but to make her appear to have lost gracefully...in case her sneaky plan doesn't work.

No one is going to hold her to her words; she doesn't intend to honor her words either.

HRC is completely and utterly at the beck and call of George Soros. Soros & friends spent $1 Billion to get Hillary elected and they failed.

Soros is cutting his losses on the election and going all in on the civil war psy op.

Does the CIA have some secret agent recovered documents ala Mission Impossible?

That the CIA claims to have something, but not the NSA (while the FBI denies the idea) I find absurd. Instead, I see the CIA having ulterior motive as their Global Empire of Drugs & Jihad is in jeopardy.

Private earings??!! Is there a precedent for this? I think Trump should block any attempt of this happening. Its obvious that the crooks will pour millions into the hands of the electors to buy their votes.

I think Trump should offer them secret service protection after being sworn as President and the FBI should be present on any meeting between the electors and any of the sides, either democrat or republican.

The electors should be put into a surveillance program so there are records if they are or if there are attempts to buy their vote.

And The electors should face the polygraph before voting to make sure their vote is according to the law.

Only the fools should underestimate the will of the crooks to steal the election. They will do anything to revert the election results, you can be absolutely sure of this.

Then that's just sad, and a shame.

But heres the deal.

For the past, oh I dunno, 18/24 months Russia has been evil in the eyes of many Americans. It invaded the Crimea, tried to overthrow Ukraine , shot down an airliner and - if you believe some of the threads on here - nearly started world war 3, its been rearming, its been involved in Syria, Putin has been pushing back in the Baltic states...hell---last month it sent a carrier battle group to Syria and a load of people got upset about it...all of those things, and on top of that there has been a massive long running idea that the Russian military is a joke, everything they do is substandard, the place is a mess and massively corrupt (there have been threads on all of this on ATS in the past 2 years) and yet today, when there is a suggestion that they may have influenced the basic tenet of American democracy well.... according to some, it ain't that bad...they're alright really...hell they did you a favour...

That's where my problem is. Trump dismisses the idea. The sheep go Baa and suddenly the previous ideas are forgotten.

More deflections. Still no evidence.

Russia is not a saint. I've made threads about their involvement in MH17 and the fact that Putin's opposition leaders have been gunned down in broad daylight.

That being said, and regardless of the election, Putin is vehemently opposed to Globalism and he is vehemently opposed to Anglo American Establishment with regards to regime change.

Those are two things that I am opposed to as well, Globalism and Neocon regime change.

And evidence? Where was that when for the past 8 years lunatics were claiming that Obama wasn't a US national?

Nobody is talking about the past except for you.

I'm asking you about evidence. I know you don't have any, so you can drop the charade.

What charade?

A claim has been made. That was good enough before. People ran with it. It was an ATS staple, a Republican staple. There was no evidence for it. That was OK. Why is it not now?

John Podesta left his phone in a taxi cab...and admitted it. Why isn't this being discussed as the hacking source for his account?

That would implicate whoever leaked the emails and/or Wikileaks because of the phishing scam sent two days before the email archive ended?

No?

Maybe I am missing something here. I thought Podesta was hacked due to a phishing scam.

The potential? Yes, I care about the potential for foreign powers to influence our votes. Particularly George Soros.

Exactly what was this "influence"? I keep hearing squaks abotu this "influence", but somehow I keep missing the 'items'.

Unless of course this is a discussion about IF Russia was behind the WikiLeaks. If that's the entire discussion then the DNC still trying to Deflect Truth From Power is disgusting. Horrible!

This Russian thing is hilarious. The libs haven't realized we'd rather have Putin in charge than Muslim boy Barack and his roving gang of misfits. Coincidently, in Syria, that same dichotomy exists, and the globalists (read as liberals and establishment republicans) have backed team Muslim, while Trump is in strong opposition.

But, the liberals are not only wrong for backing the wrong side. If, as minacule the chance may be, they use these claims to engineer anything but a Trump Presidency, liberals will again be on the losing side. Only the loss will be in a civil war and the consequences will be damning.

Thus, it's time you liberals recognize just exactly what you're doing, as your side does not possess the wisdom nor power to do anything but obey or suffer the consequences.
