Thanks for the gracious offer. Since posting the letter I was able to get the scratched out parts from someone else that also received the letter. It's a street address and a telephone number (which I can't post because of T&C issues). Using the that information I was able to get a full name which I will share with authorities should a problem arise from the person...

Odd...any weird political activity in your area? Any reason for concern? Security cameras might help.
