On the page you linked to describing the facts around the case...

I noticed the time where it was stated he was shot in the back.
It said in the early morning hours around 4:15 AM.

If Seth had a job at the DNC, I would assume he worked normal office hours and should not have been walking around at that time in the morning.

I'm curious what clothing he was wearing; a jogging suit, his office suit? On his way to work?
What would draw him away from his bed that time in the morning?
Was he an insomniac?

Maybe the bed of his girlfriend? She phoned him minutes before the shooting, if he was already at home.
