You could be right....but (and there is always one) in this case epic fail . There have been successful lawsuits won against CNN in the past few years. That is almost unprecedented here as it requires near absolute proof in Georgia.This is not a one-on-one , either. This is a class action lawsuit. If you need me to explain the difference , I will .

A smart lawyer could perhaps argue that if Van Jones is the sort of African American that gets a high evaluation score that management is just stupid not discrimatory.
