'saturation environment' of electromagnetic radiation. US is now using these electromagnetic devices in Iraq. They're not only affecting women and children over there but also our troops. This can cause many ill affects including cancer, depression and even death. This needs to be stopped. US plus at least 9 other countries or groups are using them. They are manipulating weather, causing quakes, hurricanes and volcanos to erupt. They are also the cause of the recent whale and dolphin beachings. I'm not saying they are causing all the bad weather around the world, but they have made it a lot worse then it should be.

In my thread about the cause of the tsunami being possibly man-made, I posted a lot of info on these devices. They started using them to manipulate weather in 1976 and our weather hasn't been normal since. Russia messed up the weather for a full year, that was the big el nino year. Do you remember?

You need more proof then that before you can start accusing the US of manipulating weather, causing quakes, hurricanes and volcanos to erupt oh and beaching whales.

Also that article only say Raytheon Co.'s non-lethal Active Denial System is under consideration of being used.

Im interested in the study done that proves this new non-lethal weapon can cause" ill affects including cancer, depression and even death.

They only effect I could find of it is making your skin feel like its on fire which is the whole point of the weapon.

Why does it seem that every major advancement occurs in the realm of weaponry and better machines of death?

Wonderfull in theory, sucks bottom in practise. I can't remember the source but I do remember while they were testing a "microwave gun" all the test subjects were asked to remove all metallic items...what's going to happen during a riot?

"Ah..e..ex..excuse me please. Can i have you attention? ok, now, can the rioters please remove all their metallic items so we can put them in a giant microwave? Thank you for your temporay cooperation."

In THEORY, it's non/less lethal, but wayhay, lets just crank that sucker up to say, 200Ghz/giga-watts/whatever the power level is measured in and fry some insurgent buttocks....it would provide for an amusing scene though. Soldiers calmly shooting up a bunch of bacon on the bonnet of their vehicles for dinner.

Iraq is a testing ground for a lot of population control measures.
FEMA have America divided into 10 regions controlled by the army for the moment when martial law is instigated and they will have much more technology at their hands after a lot of the testing being done in Iraq right now on what works and what doesn't.
