The original posters name swings sweet codicil in regards to the tactics used by the American government for decades: the "Prince" was an amazingly well written treaties and deserves the lime light here.

As for 'planting the flag of liberty': what about Turkey? There are other countries in the Middle East which are relatively peacefull, you know. This is nothing but propaganda to manipulate the public into believing everything in the Middle East is going fine and dandy, when it's really the opposite.
