The "proof" (again, I believe you mean evidence) of it not working and being a scam is there's no evidence of it ever working.

You get testimonials from someone saying they got out of a (insert something) at court, yet there's no record at the court.

All you get are people peddling and directing to a website to "help" you.

Just look at any number of the "free man of the land" websites that offer "free help". They will offer you you all the "free help" you need, so long as you give them ALL of your details.

I know less than this about you but more than enough to know that it's a load of tosh.

I can see why people, who haven't really researched it, can get drawn into it.

Here's a story.

I used to be a Manager at a PC repair shop. A guy bought a laptop and came in a week later. It had obviously been thrown either at a wall or floor. The guy wanted a full refund as the "contract" wasn't legal to HIM as he was a "freeman".

2 hours later, criminal damage and a visit by the cops soon changed his mind (and made his pocket a bit lighter).

I merely created a thread asking people if they too, had the same type as my own BC. If you simply disagree say so, but please don't be an asshole just because you can, It's unappealing.

I don't wanna be an alarmist but, there are some who've challeneged the law and it's been mentioned via the web that people who have BC's all in CAPS are Owned by their Corporate Countries. Now, for those who don't have Caps, they are apparently Free Citizens
