I'd say the Russian methodology is superior. Not a single life was lost. Hardly any money spent. They did it so secretly that the US can't even prove without a doubt that it was them that did it.

Very interesting perspective. I've been thinking the whole 'Russia narrative,' this election, is pretty much BS. But, if I am ever persuaded, I will remember your very smart thoughts on this.
