I think the strategy is now obvious. In Wisconsin, only the significantly Democrat county is hand counting ballots in the recount. The rest of the state counties are just re-tabulating scanned results. In this one Democrat county they are going as slowly as possible, with Clinton and Stein representatives on the ground challenging everything they can to slow the process, and have indicated that they will not be finished until Dec 20th - the day after the electoral college cast their votes.

If the Wisconsin recount can be delayed until the 20th, it will be excluded from the electoral college votes as the state will remain unverified.

The same will be tried in PA and MI in order to push Trump's electoral college votes to 260, below the 270 threshold and pass the decision to the House.

In the news today, the Stein/Clinton recount effort has suffered two major set-backs with their last minute attempt to flip the 2016 election (calling it what it is).

First, WI has informed the Green Party that their request for a full recount to be done by hand has been denied. In other words, they're more than happy to take her money and run the ballots back through the same machines they were put through the first time. Mrs. Stein has stated that she plans to sue the state for denying her request.

Second, Stein's recount request in PA was rejected today on the grounds that the recount filing deadline of November 21st has passed. It appears her only option at this point in PA is to initiate litigation and convince a judge to demand the state comply with her request.

So far no word on if donors to the recount effort can expect a refund when this completely collapses here shortly.

If you dig deep into PA election law, the deadline was actually Nov. 13 to be filed by 3 electors per precinct. Amazes me that Stein thought the law didn't apply to her fiasco.

And this just in this morning zerohedge.com

Guess she has a nice retirement account though

I don't think that's right. The results have been certified for Trump. If a recount doesn't turn up enough votes to change anything, then the official result stands.
