This is about the dumbest thing I've read in a while. With 12.5k posts in three years you've spent a great deal of time parked behind a screen while this man was Chief of Pediatric Neurosugery at Johns Hopkins for 30 years. What exactly is your litmus test to determine a 'smart' brain surgeon?

I usually take people at the words they choose to use and try not to infer too much.

I'm sure she's glad you're here to expand upon her statements.

But then again that's an assumption and I try not to do that either.

Back to the OP. If there's a potential role for him in the administration, I don't see a valid reason why he shouldn't be considered, if it's his desire. Although, personally, I wouldn't want to be anywhere near that city and if I had his ear I'd strongly advise against it.
