BBQ sauce
Various(thicker) "salad" dressing, such as poppy seed
Chipotle
Hot sauce

If none of those are available I'll use ketchup and sometimes mayo.

My fiancee puts hot sauce on everything and I mean hot sauce. If it ain't hot, she don't want it.
She's caribbean, to enjoy food their mouth needs to be on fire.

If I had to pick one.....it'd be
Ground Black Pepper.

Does that count as a condiment?

Well, I stated you already had pepper in the OP, plus salt and pepper are really more food additives than they are condiments proper.

But ketchup works. I'll add it to the list.
