Uncrossed and over the threshold - Hello Universe

Hello peeps and beeps long time lurker here feeling ready to dip my toes into a few replies. First off thank you ATS, thank you for providing me a place to learn that is filled with intelligent and accepting beings. The support and discourse I have seen here rivals any other community I have been a part of. I appreciate you all for taking an interest in the world in a (mostly) productive way. We as a people have never been more capable, and I for one am proud to be citizen to this beautiful planet of ours. I feel we have a great opportunity and responsibility to provide the best of ourselves to our future generations and it is the people who work tirelessly in spite of the masses, despite overwhelming odds, and beyond the call of duty who truly have brought about some of the most amazing changes. I am grateful for your work.

Never stagnate. Grow all ways. Reach for the impossible. Protect our home. Love beyond reason. Question everything. - These are some of my core values, these are some of the things that move the earth beneath my feet. I have a deep interest in all sciences, especially the bits we have yet to discover. I enjoy wild implausible theory and the fine line between genius and insanity. I hope we are evolving beyond the fallacy and into the future. I hope to contribute in a meaningful way to this community. I feel deeply. I think freely. I offer nothing but myself and my perspective.

Sounds like you found the right place. Lurking is OK but it is way better posting especially on one of those run away threads that show up from time to time. As a lurker you don't feel connected. Plus, lurking is bad for you back!

Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the welcome. I do feel more connected and being able to star worthwile posts feels goooood hehe. With such high quality posters and researchers I sometimes feel slightly intimated commenting on the more heavy subjects but I am definitely building up my knowledge and bravery!
