True.

It seems each time a 'side' wins, they overreach.

It's hard to not think we are all doomed one way or the other.

Destroy Europe?
Or the EU?

Please don´t mix up that neoconservative money machine for the rich, EU, with the continent Europe.
The continent Europe would be fine, but it suffers from EU, from "Elites", from the caste of the rich!

The vote in Italy is about their internal political make up. It has nothing to do with the EU or coming out of the EU. That's just spin on the MSM part.

Citizens of Europe are up to here with the EU.

Instead of helping the economies of the poorer member states so they're more on a par with the wealthier states, it forces free movement on all states which resulted in citizens abandoning their poor countries for the wealthier ones, a whole young working generation is now absent from those countries.

Those workers have flooded the western Europe labour and housing market, lowered wages, soaring rents, putting many western EU citizens below the poverty line in their own countries, whilst the eastern workers live 20 to a house to minimise costs in their host nation, and send the majority of their earnings back to their home country. How can western EU citizens compete with that? When the eastern Europeans decide to retire at 40 and go back home because their saved earnings is worth triple or more times their own currencies and will allow them to retire at 40 and live in comparative luxury for the rest of their life, western Europeans will still be here in the aftermath and having to work until 70 years old or more for their disappearing pensions and increasing poverty.

Screw the EU.

>> Those workers have flooded the western Europe labour and housing market,

Not true. Employment rates are low across Europe, and the housing market has been artificially inflated by the rich and property developers who wanted to boost the profits by simply not building enough houses.

> lowered wages,

Not true. Minimum wages remain enshrined in law of most EU countries.

> soaring rents

Nothing to do with immigration. Everything to do with rich people being greedy.

> putting many western EU citizens below the poverty line in their own countries,

Not true. Austerity economics is what's putting people below the poverty line. Not the EU or immigration.

> whilst the eastern workers live 20 to a house to minimise costs in their host nation

Not true. Most EU immigrants live much the same way as the rest of us.

> and send the majority of their earnings back to their home country.

I don't know how true that is or not, but if it's their money that they've earnt, why shouldn't they be allowed to spend it where they want?

> How can western EU citizens compete with that? When the eastern Europeans decide to retire at 40 and go back home because their saved earnings is worth triple or more times their own currencies

You mean the Euro?

The cost of living is certainly cheaper in Eastern Europe, that is true. But here's the thing, we could all go and retire in Romania or Poland too if we wanted. A lot of us do. A lot of British people retire to Spain for example, because the cost of living is cheaper and the sun shines.

But we won't be able to do that much longer.

'The south' is kept poor by the north as a punishment for the war between the states, as Americans like to call it, its that simple.

I would consider at this point, why vote NO? The prime minister has given so many indications on why the reform is good! So I say, let it pass ... Vote YES!
