Sadly most presidents do surround themselves with ex CEOs because, politicians are not business men, the only president that didn't surrounded himself
with former CEOs was Obama and look what he did with the economy, he was a mess.
I expect Trump to form a team with experienced career seasoned politicians to make out for his lack of political experience, but at the same time I
also expect him to bring into his cabinet seasoned business men and women like him that have intense knowledge of the economy, to plan for the issues
he wants to tackle.
How, exactly, are they hoping to persuade a fanatical Republican who hates Hillary Clinton (which is probably the definition of a pre-chosen elector
in a Trump state) to switch his/her vote to Hillary?
They are overlooking the psychology of the situation.
