The irregularity here is that no one voted for his brood, and yet they will influence his choices, may even be making some for him?

I am very confused, I am sure that people voted for Trump as President, so shouldn't he be making all the choices he is foisting on his children, doing all the work, like the strong man he is supposed to be?

I am somewhat concerned over the fact that he has placed his family in official positions to quite this extent. It seems... off somehow, like something you would not ordinarily wish a person to do in that situation.
