It's been 4 days!! I would understand this to be an issue if he had to move in tomorrow but that's not the case. I'm pretty sure changing 4k government positions is going to have speed bumps in any party change over.

It should have been settled five days ago.

Not only does he fail in bringing his party together, or his country, but failure even at a team building level.

That's why he had to put 4 family member on his transition team and make his own son in law Chief of Staff. He can't even trust his appointed advisers!

I am somewhat concerned over the fact that he has placed his family in official positions to quite this extent. It seems... off somehow, like something you would not ordinarily wish a person to do in that situation.

this is actually a good sign of ideological diversity which is rare for a cabinet.
typically millennials dont get that opposing opinions is actually a good thing

Yes. It really teeters on "conflict of Interest". I think the next form of protest should be a globally organized boycott against all Trump family businesses, including Ivanka's knock off shoe and clothing bizz!

It is a conflict of interest, since he will be placing his business holdings in their care. Unfortunately, Donald has never cultivated the advice of others, so he has no-one else to turn to. Sad, really.

There has already been a backlash against his hotels. Can't blame people... his hotels are now very high value terror targets.

That bodes very ill.

The last thing the worst elements of the Trump fan base need (everyone who does not precisely fit that description can SHUT UP about their feelings being hurt. I am not talking to you, just so we are absolutely clear on that point) is to have him or his empire martyred for their "cause". That would give them a whole new level of hateboner for everything else.

The Only Member of Mr. Trumps Family being Considered for a Position in his New administration is his Son In Law . A Smart Move , Loyalty is assured there .

They've got a winery, golf courses, a Chinese line men's clothing. Lots of stuff to boycott and for the Trump's to be very concerned about. I wonder if the American people will have to foot the bill to protect those properties too? I mean, what if someone poisons a vat of wine or plants exploding golf balls?

Daughter Ivanka and sons Eric and Donald Jr. and son-in-law Jared Kushner accounted for a fourth of the 16-member executive committee .

They are Involved in helping their Father Pick Members for his Cabinet , or are they going to be Members of it themselves ? It does not say that for sure . Jared Kushner is the Only Name I heard that was being considered for a Position .

From Politico:
www.politico.com...

The bitter infighting that plagued Donald Trump’s campaign during the Republican presidential primary is starting to spill over into his team’s efforts to establish an administration and political operation, according to more than half a dozen sources familiar with the planning efforts.

“It's the same situation as in the primary – everyone has the knives out for each other,” said a Republican operative who worked with the campaign and is now advising people on the transition team.

Not convinced these are signs of good leadership. Not only does he fail in bringing his party together, or his country, but failure even at a team building level.

It's no wonder he wants to shut down the EPA. Toxic atmosphere is his specialty.

Whatever dude, hillary lost.

lol.

Zanti and Grimpachi pretty much nailed it all.

That's a lot of nepotism right there! It's certainly reason for concern of a creeping conflict of interest since each of them their own business interests AND are going to run their father's business interests while he's presidenting.

I hear Melania and the kid are moving into the white house, too.

Scandalous!

I know when the last time a president moved into the White House with his wife and family. But when was the last time that a president elect hire 1/4 of his transition team from his nuclear family? When was the last time a president hired his son in law, whose running his media interests, to be Chief of staff?

You sound surprised.

It's Trump and only a transition team.

The final results and appointments haven't been revealed.

You don't think Bill and Chelsea wouldn't be helping hillary?

I have more of a problem with Bill than anyone Trump would involve.

Yeah, I bet it was different when you were president...

Now you've hurt my feelings and I need to find my safe place!

I actually wish Trump well but this looks like a train wreak waiting to happen with constant finger pointing, blame game and intrigue. Actually though great entertainment for us political junkies.

Speaking of junkies...look at Trumps eyes.
