You are missing the point of my original post. I think Trump is brilliant. I liked his stance on NAFTA so I voted for him. But that's not the point. The reason he won was because he manipulated people in a specific way. He got people to vote for him. It has nothing to do with Trump. I was really talking about how the technique is so successful. It's really amazing. All you have to do is blame someone for our social problems and boom you have have power. It's amazing.

It would be nice to see you delve deeper into the specific propaganda techniques. Many of those techniques did not originate in the 1930s, successful leaders know how to tap into the basic of human emotions. Did kings not rally their troops against the 'outsiders' thousands of years ago?
