There is no level of pardon,
no rule of law,
no act of god,
that can save Hillary from getting her comeuppance.

She'll be lucky if her and her husband find themselves in a small aircraft "accident"- because without a pardon she's spending her dying days in court having life sentence after life sentence tacked onto her for her heinous crimes against humanity... and WITH a pardon, she'll spend the rest of her life running from a lynch mob.

Once the true depth of her crimes is exposed to the public -and it will be- there won't be anywhere for her to hide, and she'll start throwing other corrupt government officials under the bus to try and keep her neck above the rising filth she's filled her life with.

But if the current investigation of the foundation takes until lets say Jan 21st before charges are filed against her, he won't be able to. You can't pardon someone who is not charged with anything.
