I have 8 out of the eleven mod symptoms... and I'm just a basic member! Then again, all my stuff is Persian Gulf related (the big one from 1991). Oh well.

And oh... sandpaper isn't that bad. 'Nough said!

What do mods get that regular members don't? I'll tell you straight up:

Anyways, mods do get power, but the responsibility would be way to much. Even with a ferrari, a ufo, and a tee shirt signed by Bush..... I mean anti-christ.

That's nothing compared to large community administration and moderator teams. I'm an admin on 15 sites, mod on 4, chanop 2, and webmaster 1. THAT IS WORK.

It was a small server for the program MyNapster. I was there in total about 3 years it was fun because everyone knew each other. The politics were ugly and I didn't like the decisions being made so I ended up resigning. I was supposed to be going on there for fun but it just became stress. After that I stayed around for about a month and realized how boring it actually was there.

Being an ATS mod is super-good for picking up chicks!

I also like to take little red 'warn' stickers out when I go to the pub. If someone gets out of line I put the sticker on them and deduct 250 imaginary dollars.

The above two statements are mutually exclusive and the latter cancels out the former.

It's true but it comes with sad revelations. Appearently Kano flushed the Tidy Bowl man last year. So sad.

Soooo what extras do mods get? .........

verbal abuse
1) for being a mod
2) for having to do our jobs

less time to look (& post) at things that interest us
having to read everybody elses posts for abuse etc
