CAIRO (Reuters) - Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi spoke to Donald Trump on the telephone on Wednesday, congratulating him on his victory in the U.S. presidential election and seeking to foster closer diplomatic ties, an Egyptian presidency statement said.

"The U.S. President-elect Donald Trump expressed his utmost appreciation to the president, pointing out that his was the first international call he had received to congratulate him on winning the election," the statement said.

"President Trump said he looked forward to meeting the president (again) soon."

I hate to burst your bubble, but almost every leader of every country will congratulate the new president whoever the president is. It's protocol, it's not a particular judgement on who actually won. America does the same.

These Chinese workers say that Hillary ordered flags, didn't give a deposit, and then canceled the orders. But no concern. The volume of Trump flags more than made up for it.

Over 90% of the people here support him.

As I said before, the only countries and cultures that would have applauded Clinton coming in were those that are just as decadent as our culture is. Most of the world is sick and tired of the US pushing a corrupt and immoral culture onto the rest of the world.

Most of this world still has enough common sense to understand that our current cultural exports are vapid and meaningless and only care about physical image. There is nothing that helps a soul in this culture.

Which is ok if you don't believe in the soul. The problem is that about 4 billion of the 6 billion souls on this planet do believe they have a soul.

I feel really good about all of this.
