I have a feeling that most of the rhetoric will die down in a few days. Sometimes it takes a little time to get over what for some has been a roller coaster ride...emotionally speaking.

Trump might make a fantastic president, who can say? If I were an American I would be optimistic. I like his courage, he says what he thinks. Now that he has achieved the highest office he might also want to leave some sort of legacy. I can see him growing into a statesman and walking softly with a big stick. I also like the idea of a grand plan to improve the nation's infrastructure with all the implications for work etc.

In UK Brexit was a lot about immigration, free movement of people and uncontrolled immigration.

In many of the discussions on tv the loudest voices were from people who looked like immigrants or maybe second generation immigrants ie the British born children of immigrants. They were the one shouting loudest about stopping waves of illegal migrants and trying to control migrants from anywhere.

Why ... well think about it. If you or your parents did the right thing, applied through proper channels, got visas, got jobs, paid taxes, spent a lot of money and time being a bone fide immigrant then you are going to be seriously pi**ed off seeing waves of people entering the country without having to anything.

You know these illegals are going to make your life more difficult because you will be classed the same as them.

If I was a bone fide Latino in USA I would want to build the wall asap.

Donald Trump is probably the weakest candidate to ever run for the office of President of the United States.
Yet he beat a woman that was a former First Lady, a US Senator and a Secretary of State.
How did this happen?

Hillary Clinton was urged at the beginning not to run for President by her best friend and legal counsel, Cheryl Mills. Cheryl Mills thought that it was a mistake for her to run, due to the political baggage that she carried, chiefly the email issues.

But Hillary did run anyway and she had the DNC make certain that Bernie Sanders did not have a chance. She received answers to debates against Bernie Sanders from Donna Brazile. She cheated her way to the nomination against a rival that was polling much better than Trump was.

She ran against Trump, an absolutely horrible candidate.... and lost.

She failed a lot of people.

If you are angry that Trump did not lose to Hillary, maybe the place to have a demonstration is at the headquarters of the Democratic Party. They are the ones that allowed an extremely flawed candidate to railroad herself into the nomination.

Take back control of your party. Take control away from the people that allowed this to happen.

Think about this, do you want equality, or superiority? do you want an inclusive community, or a segregated one?
