I don't think her medical condition should enter into the equation. If the shenanigans that supposedly went on did, with legal proof, in the can she goes. She can receive the best medical care the state of New York can offer. Just think for a moment the damage that was done to the republic by these last 3 presidents.

If we continue the path that we are on, were does it stop?

The President can only pardon for federal crimes, it's up to the states (governors) to pardon for state crimes.

I dont think she has that long to live. I think she has been sick for along time. Hauling a sick woman into court that was supported by half the country isnt wise.

If it were you or I, to the cell we would go. While the emotional side of me feels for her, my logical side realizes that the crimes committed need to have the light of justice sanitize and make clean her (and her husband) offenses.

If Nixon would have served out the rest of his natural life in prison Iran Contra wouldn't have happened, Lewinsky wouldn't have happened, weapons of mass destruction wouldn't have happened.........
