Here outside Pittsburgh PA, as of 11:00 am, there was an hour wait in line at my little VFD. I am 40 years old, and have never seen this many people in by this time of the day

Dear lord, hear my prayer, please let this election insanity be over soon so that ATS can return to more interesting topics instead of being 90% US election Trump/Clinton fever.

No offence to OP. Just. I'm so tired of it all.

Simple TV tripe......... No matter who you vote for. These snake oil salesmen will say anything to pay their mortgage, regardless of any truth. SPIN CITY.

The news of long lines is very good news. That means a lot of people are in the game now.

It's sort of like me playing Fantasy Football this year for the first time. Really did not want to play but someone begged me to join their league. I had never played before this year. I'm actually pretty good at it and like the drama of it.

All these people who never play (vote) might actually start getting engaged in the process of voting more often, learning about issues....something that is sadly missing in this country.

I've never agreed harder on a subject, this election b.s. does suck all the awesomeness out of this site.

I think that Clinton will win.

But that's a huge win for ATS.

All five of her ATS supporters will make numerous threads proclaiming victory and how she deserved to win.

The rest of us will realize that she is only the President elect at that point and not the actual president, so we will keep searching for a way to make sure she doesn't take that oath of office.

There are a lot of days between election day and inauguration day, anything could happen.

Even if she somehow manages to make it to Inauguration Day unscathed, then the impeachment discussions will start.

There are great times and threads headed your way.

Bet on it.

EDIT: A win by Clinton is good for ATS because all the stupid Trump threads will be gone and people can focus solely on the President elect.

Another thing I wonder about..... since the leaks are going to keep coming, exactly what is CNN, ABC, CBS and the others going to report to deflect public attention away from their favorite Hillary if they do not have the Trumpster to talk about after the election?

Look how well Hillary has done so far without all the attention focused solely on her........

I just went and voted in Brooklyn, nYC. Only 5 people there, and it took 5 minutes to vote. I guess I got lucky. Some locations in upper Manhattan apparently had problems and way too many people assigned, as they had a 1-2 hour wait.

Voting was pretty typical for me. The town I live in is heavily favoring Trump, even the University students do. I walked in at 1pm, was done with my vote and out the door by 1:10pm. As painless a process as possible.

My wife and I just voted.

Extremely small rural Kentucky voting place.

The ladies at the voting place said this has been a record turnout of voters already by noon for that area.

For whatever that is worth.

Guess what? I did not vote for Hillary..... imagine that

Uh, based upon a report from another thread, Newsweek has already called the election. Doesn't that count?

I have to wonder if this won't turn out to be one of those elections where about 2 years from now, NO ONE will say they voted for HRC. Kinda like Kid Bush.

I'm sure everyone will claim to have been an independent.

That FOX stream is showing kids walking out of their high-school to Protest something. I didn't think high-school students cared about very much other than girls, sports, texting, social media, etc..
