Talk about overreaction. To get that butt-hurt of a small handful of protesters, one of them chair-bound, is pathetic. They could have easily shrugged it off and out shouted the mother and her kids out due to their superior numbers, and this wouldn't even be a story. Instead, Trump and his gang act like a bunch of little bitches, and re-enforce stereotypes about them.

If the kid wasn't disabled and he and his family would have joined a Trump rally with the only goal of disrupting it, would they have been removed?
Well yes.
Therefore the boy and his family were treated just like anyone else. You know equal!
To then go to the papers and point out that it was unfair because her son is disabled is clearly abusing the fact that he has a disability, for personal interest.

And the story that Trump made fun of disabled people, well it seems that everyone knows this already and it didn't have to be 'pointed out' again in such a dramatic way.

Plus, what exactly did thy think they'd achieve by being disruptive? I am serious, did they think all the Trump supporters would suddenly fall silent, nod and say "He's right. we must vote for Hillary?"

That would obviously not happen, therefore their only goal was disruption and a "look at our disabled son" staged guilt festival against Trump. That is abuse of this kid's disability.

He could have made his disgust about Trump in a far better way, by blog, by organising his own march etc but no, he had to go to a rally full of supporters. The outcome was clear from the start.

I am an Arsenal [football club] supporter, I wouldn't go to a Tottenham game, sit in their ranks and shout how much I dislike them [even though they 'make fun ' of us]. The outcome would be fairly predictable, I'd be chucked out [at best]. If I was disabled and do this, knowing the outcome, I could then milk it and say "look like Tottenham" treats disabled people.

Manipulation by the mum abusing her son's disability.

This I do agree with. In most of my recent threads I usually put this disclaimer, something I didn't think I would need to do again. Apparently I do need to as some posters here seem to think that I must OBVIOUSLY support Hillary if I'm so against Trump - which is INCREDIBLY close-minded.

Disclaimer: I think both Trump and Hillary are terrible choices, both with their own unique issues. It's like a choice between Herpes and Gonorrhea. The third party candidate, whose name escapes me, makes stoners look bad and is equally a poor choice. Also, I'm Aussie so obviously I can't vote in US elections but I feel the right to have a say on them due to the massive influence the United States has on the world, for better or worse.

Lets see how many people actually read that. I bet none will and they will continue to try to paint me as something I am not.

Nobody said this was about the fact he got thrown out. Even the mother admitted they expected that. What this thread is about is the deplorable way that the Trump supporters there treated the wheelchair-bound disabled boy and his mother - and the excuses posters here are trying to make for their disgusting behaviour.

So again you want them to treat this person differently simply because he is in a wheelchair... again I'm pretty sure that's the definition of Bigotry.

As a disable person myself; sure having your wheelchair kicked isn't fun; but it don't happen very often. It's the "death by a thousand paper cuts" types of bogarty that gets to you ... where every one wants to "help" you or feels simpathy for you because your a little disabled person who "needs" their help.

You are correct on both counts. But in both of your statements above your comments where about how a humanbeing was being treated; and has nothing to do with a disability... that is not where this discussion started; but I'm happy to see that's where it ended.
