It uncovers some illegal activities and some incompetence.

The fact that this email was dated 2008 AND NOTHING WAS DONE TO CORRECT THESE ISSUES is crazy.

Hillary was a top lawyer and so good at her job that she convinced a judge to give a 2 month sentence to a pedophile because the child "wanted to be raped".

My guess is that she knew that the Clinton Foundation was immune to persecution, they were stuck in a web with other high profile leaders and judges lining each other's pockets with a gentleman's understanding that if one went down they all would. They wouldn't knowingly continue to flout legal requirements unless they had a strong sense of immunity

honestly, why should they bother to worry about "legal" issues. LOL, who's going to reprimand them? the DOJ? Bwahahahahaha!!!

Just do what ever you want Clintons, it's all good. The stupid public hasn't a clue and even if they did, it's not like they can do anything right? Enjoy your cake, and every now and then, throw a little at the old ladies in the front row. They like the frosting when they are allowed to grab a bit. Perhaps there is a bit of Chelsea's wedding cake left?

Take a look at email 54598... that's written by Cheryl Mills and in the attachment she litterally writes that the foundation is structured to:

to support him in the following activities:

Personal activity (friends, family, household, finances);
Political activity (campaign, national party, state party, political fundraising);
For-profit activity (paid speeches, books, advisory consulting services);
Non-profit activity (Clinton Foundation and affiliated entities; other non-profits);
Former President official activity (U.S. and foreign governments).

That's pretty fancy for a type of organisation that isn't allowed to be used for private benefit if it has to remain under tax excemption AND... how can they write on their website that they are a non political organisation as well as Bill and Chelsea not receiving any money for being there?

Heck... this mail along should tank the damn thing!

Look in other charities like the Red Cross, the Salvation Army, and I am pretty sure you will find corruption too.

Nobody has claimed the original email and report is false.

Did you actually read the report?

I know it's a difficult question.

I just checked the foundations report from 2012, same year as the Cheryl Mills email... they filed the foundation as excempt from taxes.... yet this collides with the Mills mail.

Someone has to make IRS aware... or somebody. They are committing tax fraud.

You make a great point. It was a tough/unpopular case yet Hillary delivered big time for her client. I try not to judge her for that.

Obviously Hillary is a well educated/top notch lawyer. When motivated she performs flawlessly/expertly. She's a professional driven to achieve so I'm not surprised she used her skills to defend a pedophile. Unfortunately the Hillary who became SOS was a very different person.

How does a professional like Hillary go from top notch lawyer to an ignorant/careless/cloth wiping SOS??? She couldn't follow simple procedure, her claim that a personal server would make life easier is total BS based on the chaos/confusion that ensued. She admits it wasn't easier, quite the opposite, said it was a mistake.

Had Hillary performed so carelessly, made so many "mistakes" when defending the pedo, he would've gone to prison for life. Funny how she follows procedure to the letter in one area and not so much in another.

Apparently the higher Hillary climbs the ladder, the lazier/less professional/productive she becomes. She's not worth the risk to voters/taxpayers. Frankly it's embarrassing and suspect watching such a highly educated woman feign ignorance.
