If they are withholding Actual evidence of criminal activity, they are obstructing justice.

If they force Clinton to drop out, and keep their implied promise not to release the evidence they claim to have, they are then aiding and abetting the crime(s) in evidence.

If, as is likely the case, they have nothing,

They are lying, and it is most likely that all the have produced to date are lies as well.

The question becomes, who, or what, is behind so blatant an effort to (illegally?) influence this election?

Yes, definitely certifiable.

Wikileaks may well have something that would/could be damaging, but the media won't run with it.

No matter what, and Julian Assange said so himself to John Pilger, Trump will not be permitted to get to the Whitehouse.

If ever there was evidence of the Establishment dictating events, this election cycle has certainly shown it. Trump was the dream selection for Hillary, even her own campaign team suggested this. Despite all the dirt being thrown at him, he has not looked like buckling, which alone is unheard of.

Hillary will become POTUS now, for sure.

Edit - Julian Assange also said he felt sorry for Hillary as she has become consumed by her ambition. Maybe the warning is genuine, but I couldn't find anything concrete to support the claims, after doing a search.

If there is that type of material (meaning criminal), it needs to be exposed instead of have the person dodge it. People should know the real truth. We live with coverups and buried facts every day from those in power.

I wonder myself is it correct or are they themselves wondering why __._ haven't released something in particular and are preemptively trying to damage control.

It all makes sense now!! Jennifer Palmieri (@JMPalmieri) just tweeted that people should ignore it if a huge bombshell would come out from wikileaks within the next 48 hours.

The quick answer is that people can choose to pronounce their names any way they want.
The longer answer is that the /oe/ combination is rare in English, and I assume that Boehner's name is German. Because English doesn't use diacritical marks the way some other languages do, /oe/ is often used to represent /ö/ that is used in German. (That's "O-umlaut," in case it doesn't show up properly in your browser.)
Besides being a letter that isn't used in English, /ö/ represents a vowel in German that doesn't exist in English. We use the sound of long-A instead, the vowel sound in the word bay.
For the same reason, the German name "König" is usually spelled "Koenig" in English, and pronounced "Kaynig."

Yes to an extent. Wikileaks has been really hyped up. But if they do drop the bomb, who knows what the PTB might do to them, regardless of law.

Actually I was reading a while back on the presidential predictions and one of them said that the next president will die of a hart attack within two years in the presidency.
